it is the most hopeful song i’ve ever written, for the kids I haven’t had yet, the children of the future & of the now, & a spell of protection over them & over my lineage.

because it’s for my/your/our future children, i made a new decision about how i want to release it:

i don’t want them to live in a world where artists are exploited, listening to music means funding AI & the war machine, & musicians aren’t deemed worthy of pay for their work, so I’m not going to put this song on streaming (hence the bandcamp & subvert links)
